Overview: When an IMF mission ends badly, the world is faced with dire consequences. This overtly convoluted storyline which tries to be epic but fails in just about every department is such a shame as I was looking forward to this outing with Henry Cavill added to the stellar cast but there wasn’t anything super about the film. Visually, it’s gorgeous as it is presented to us in a breathtaking view of Paris but that’s a given in this sort of film. Also a given is the wonderful car chase and helicopter chase that this film presents. But if you’re looking for more than action but a concrete storyline that is easy to follow and entertaining to boot, sad to say this isn’t it. The characters felt flat and the script was mediocre at best. They did do one thing correctly. The title. It’s indeed a fallout.
