Overview: Follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. Wonderful camera work featuring interesting angles and beautiful slices of Earth. The monsters, or should I say titans were all grand and visually satisfying. Godzilla looked fierce and yet you can see intelligence and loyalty mixed with love in his eyes which they got right. But that’s the problem with this movie, everything else, they got it wrong. The plot was dumb with characters that was disjointed, affected and not at all that interesting, to boot and the dangerous scenarios didn’t feel as desperate as it should. Partially because of the build up and pace is all a bit familiar, and the story line and villains were mediocre at best did not help its cause. Disappointing mess.
