Overview: A gritty, action-packed crime drama set during the brutal Tong Wars of San Francisco’s Chinatown in the second half of the 19th century. The series follows Ah Sahm, a martial arts prodigy who immigrates from China to San Francisco under mysterious circumstances, and becomes a hatchet man for one of Chinatown’s most powerful tongs.

Highly entertaining action drama that’s sprinkled with comedy with rich, diverse, intricate characters that takes place in the late 1800s in San Francisco, CA focusing on the lives of the Chinese immigrants in Chinatown originally written by Bruce Lee (the first 8 pages). It is centered on Ah Sahm (played byAndrew Koji) as he arrives in Chinatown in search of a person and as soon as the action starts (in the next 5 minutes), you will be hooked instantly and mesmerized by the characters/story and pulled into that world of Hatchet Men, Bad Cops, Chinese Brothels and San Francisco when the west was wild. This kick ass show is highly recommended especially to Asians as it will make you feel empowered and super duper special, in a way. (Note: 9/10 for plot/story because how the last story for each season (1 &2) were not as strong as they could be) ***Season 3 just been green lit!***
