Overview: The first in a series of original video animations based on the popular manga by Dai Tennoji and Rikiya Go. The main character is Ginjiro Manda, a man who runs a black market and is feared as "the demon of Minami" by those around him. Ryuichi Sakagami, who came to Minami with the dream of becoming a gangster, applied to be Ginjiro's apprentice. As his first job, Ginjiro orders Ryuichi to collect money from Kyozo Washioka, a disgraced executive of Naniwa-kai. One day, Ginjiro helps Washioka open a video game café, to win back the money he lost gambling and regain his honor within the Naniwa-kai.
