Overview: A young street kid criminal lies half dead in an alleyway, knocking on death's door. He's approached by a devilish figure who gives him a choice. Get jammed full of experimental cybernetics to save his life - but become property of the police department, or die. Quickly rising through the ranks, JC Howell becomes one of the best detectives on the force, despite his young age. While investigating a bizarre murder, an old enemy is revealed, sending him on a quest for revenge.
