Review:

Bean is incredibly stupid and juvenile and I loved every minute of it. This movie isn't quite at the level of the Mr. Bean television show, but it still has the the charm and all the dumb comedy you've come to expect. I love the premise of England sending Mr. Bean to the US as their art expert representative just to get rid of him and it's all stupid shit and it.s great. Although it seems like it as marketed as a family movie (probably just because of the PG rating) I'm not entirely sure kids would appreciate Mr. Bean. His brand of stupid comedy is too different from 2018 kid's version of stupid comedy. But, whatever, fuck you, I love Mr. Bean. A+
